Notes

NOTE 1: Aperol - Aperol is an aperitif (alcoholic predinner drink) originated from Italy. It's made from bitter oranges, rhubarb, herbs and roots. Aperol is sweet with a bitter aftertaste which is comparable to grapefruit. You can find a bottle of Aperol at the liquor store near on in the liqueurs section.
NOTE 2: Prosecco - Prosecco is an Italian sparkling white wine, it's sweet, crisp with lots of bubbles. Sparkling white wine or champagne can be used as a substitute.
NOTE 3: Soda water - Soda water is also known as carbonated water, sparkling water. seltzer water or fizzy water.
NOTE 4: Oranges - Slices of orange are used mainly for garnish so there is no need to squeeze or muddle it. This means you can use any variety of orange, I used Valencia oranges.
