If your Lassi it's too thick, thin it out with a little more milk. Blend for another 10 seconds, then pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes
(NOTE 1) Alphonso mango pulp - Originating from India, Alphonso mangoes are beloved for their rich and aromatic flavour. Their flesh is non-fibrous, sweet, and creamy, with a beautiful, vibrant yellow colour. Canned Alphonso mango is available at Indian grocers, and some supermarkets have them in their international section.Canned Alphonso mango pulp is very sweet, so much so that I feel there's no need to add more sugar to the Lassi. If you can't find canned Alphonso, use fresh, canned regular mangoes, or frozen mango pulp instead. While it may not replicate the exact taste of Indian restaurants, it is still very delicious. Don't forget, you might have to add or tweak the sugar to your liking.(NOTE 2) Plain or natural yogurt with no sugar added - The thickness of your Mango Lassi depends on the type of yogurt and milk you use. I like my lassi not too thick, so I used light Natural Greek yogurt with skim milk. For a richer and thicker consistency, use full cream milk (whole milk) with regular yogurt.(NOTE 3) White rum - I used Bacardi, but you can substitute it with other white rum brands like Havana Club and Plantation.(NOTE 4) Orange liqueur - I used Cointreau, but you can substitute it with other brands like Triple sec include Vok and Marie Brizard.I've used a third-party application to calculate the calories and nutritional information, so please use this as an approximate guide only.Cooking measurements are in Australian standard spoon and cup measurements.
