Hi, I’m Catalina, the sole creator, cook, author, and photographer behind 3CatsFoodie.com. I live in Sydney, Australia, with my husband, son, sister, and two very fluffy cats. If you’ve been following me for a while, you’ll know I talk about them all the time; they’re my life!

3CatsFoodie is where I share the recipes I make over and over for my family and friends. These dishes are tested in my kitchen repeatedly until we all agree they’re just right. And believe me, earning that stamp of approval is never easy as we’re a tough crowd to please.

Here, you’ll find hundreds of approachable dishes while still delivering on taste and authenticity.

My cooking style is shaped by years of travel across almost every continent and countless memorable eating adventures, from fine dining to unforgettable street food. I’ve also been obsessed with cooking since I was a little girl, so much so that my mum used to get annoyed and shoo me out of her kitchen, and she still does sometimes!

I love to help you succeed in your kitchen, which is why I offer detailed, step-by-step instructions, along with photos and videos to guide you at every step.

Oh, and don’t mind my silly humour and stories along the way; I love making people smile and hopefully even laugh!
